The application of medical equipment
With the development of intelligent, automated, and informatized electronic technology and medical equipment, slip rings are widely used in medical equipment, has become an indispensable component. Some large and complex medical equipment, such as CT scanners, surgical shadowless lamps, nuclear magnetic resonance equipment, radiological imaging diagnosis and treatment equipment, as well as high-end operating tables, micro-detection equipment and other auxiliary medical equipment, all use slip rings to achieve intelligent signals and data transmission.
There are also remote-control surgical robots that have emerged in recent years. It is necessary to realize the rotation transmission of various current signals, control and operation instructions, digital signals, and analog signals through slip rings to complete difficult medical operations that simulate real people.
In response to different medical equipment needs, we have developed a series of electric slip rings with different combinations of transmission media, which are divided into two types: standard products and customized products, such as miniature slip rings used on various 360° rotating joints on surgical shadowless lamps, Multi-channel optic electric combination hollow-shaft slip ring used in high-end operating tables and micro-detection instruments; high-speed capsule slip ring used in CT scanners and nuclear magnetic resonance instruments.
All slip rings used in medical equipment have the characteristics of extremely high consistency and stability. The brush wires and loops of the slip ring adopt our original low-wear and corrosion-resistant three-level super-hard gold coating treatment technology. It eliminates the phenomenon of dust accumulation by brush filament friction, ensures a high level of signal-to-noise ratio, and meets the needs of ultra-large and ultra-high-speed radio frequency and image signal transmission. The service life is up to 30 million revolutions. There is no loss of encoded data, and the control signal is accurate and error-free.
